No Answer

You Know what Really Grind my Gears? are the people that have cell phones and never Answer them or even respond to texts. I mean the point of the cell phone is to keep in touch with people or your friends right? So why Have a cell phone if your never going to answer the damn thing or even voice mails. I dont leave voice mails much because I never get a call back anyway. Its a waits of my time. I mean I could be your friend and no prior complications and you dont answer it no matter when someone calls. I mean WHAT the F%#@ you doing, if you dont wana talk than get rid of it cus its pissing everyone off that wants to talk with you. Also what if a job called that you really wanted and you didnt answer it because you think your to good to answer. If i was that employer I wouldnt give you the fucking job. Take time out and respond to your friends because if you keep putting them off you might lose them.

Hiring at movie theaters

I go to the theater and see age levels of the people that work there. I first see the people selling the tickets are like 16 yrs old. So than when you get your ticket and you want food the person there is like 21-23. So I guess they need someone with a bit better IQ to be selling food and taking complex orders on how many variations of Jelly Belly's you want.  When your all done with that than you have to go through the somewhat security people that tell you were your screen is. Those people are the ones around 35-older cause they wana have some sort of dominance of this young generation of emo kids. Those are your 3 levels but when you leave the theater the easiest job is the "good bye" person which sometimes is a handicapped person cause its the easiest job they could do with out screwing up. 

North Korea

Had great Directing/music/and Cinephotography and than when they air it and its all over all you DipShits gotta complain about it. HAY step back and analyze the end and make your own conclusion about what would happen next?

You Know what Really Grinds my Gears? Debbie Downer Drama People! I mean how many people can put up with someone constantly complaining, worrying, bickering, sad, boring, and conflicted? Ya know when someone is having a good day and they meet one of these people it just totally flips ur mental happy state around. You wana be nice and try listening or putting up with whatever the discussion is but we than also have that voice in our head saying Shut the F@#% Up! Please I was having such a good day with jokes and great weather and cotton candy and than all of a sudden Im being brain raped by drama. God should have made 11 Commandments the last one would be #11 - Thou shall not have Drama upon my people - Thanks God, your looking out for the people that find the good(happiness) in everyday! See people with Drama are like Vampires they need to feed on other peoples NORMAL lives to survive!  Ya Because we all Know that No person wants to be with anyone that cant find Happiness and to think otherwise is just plane Bogus. Id rather step on a tack than listen to complain on why you cant find something to wear when going to T.G.I.F. I wish I had that ray pen they used in Men in Black so when Im done listening to a 3 hour rant I can blast my self in the face with the ray and Ill forget that 3 hours of my wasted life ever happened. Nascar

What's the Deal with Nascar racing? I mean how fun can it be to watch a bunch of cars go around in a circle for 500 laps? Think about it.. You can leave for an hour and come back and not miss a Damn thing because there still doing the same exact thing you saw an hour ago. Maybe if they had guns than it would be more interesting to the viewer.
